COOKING- MY NEW PASSION!
I just completed my first month of unemployment. I have to say I decided to take it slow and enjoy my summer and if I could pat myself on the back right now, hold on let me try....ummm, argghh, stretch...and um well I got a tiny pat in; three fingers over the shoulder -good enough!

JESSICA'S WILD, DIRTY, SEXY, CHICKEN, SAUSAGE, VEGGIES AND RICE!
Jessica's WIld, Dirty, Sexy Chicken, Sausage, Veggies and Rice!
-I package chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces before cooking (i used 4 cutlets)
-1 package Chorizo (spanish sausage - I used 4 links) - cut the sausage into bite size pieces after you cook it (its much easier).
-Put chicken and sausage into pan with olive oil, garlic powder, garlic salt, a pinch of regular salt, 2 tbs of butter, some lemon juice and regular pepper (to taste)
