This dinner is a little bit more elaborate, but worth the effort. Todays appetizer is a sunchoke soup with wild-boar smoked ham. As a main dish we serve slow cooked beefshoulder with potato-truffle mash and we finish the meal with a mangoparfait on rasberry mousse. Our wine recommendation for this menu is the 2005 „Cuvée Cecile“ from the vineyard Grand Bourjassot.

Oooh I am so sorry to hear about Els your Mom, she was always so gitty and funny and we tease each other soo much, Bless her Soul and May she rest in peace ! Please send my belated condolences to your Dad and tell him this is from Diddy(Hendrik) Mowilos. I came from the same town where your Mom is from as well. I am now residing in Auburn, Washington up north. My family, moved out of Hawaii in 2000 and California last year.
