It's already December 3rd! and Christmas is quickly approaching.
The best way to handle the holidays is to plan ahead.
You can make your cookie doughs soon and freeze them and the same goes with pie crusts.
Before you know it will be December 31st and you'll be bringing in the new year.....so I cant stress the need to plan ahead, you don't want to be stuck in the kitchen!
So this week and next week you can start working on the cookies and desserts
On the week of the 17th you can make the side dishes that will keep well and be good reheated.
For example: Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Cranberry Sauce
The night before the big day you want to prep as much of your produce as possible so all you need to do is make a few sides and the main dishes.
