sorry, but i'm calabrian and i know giambotta. I'm very happy that someone over there like italian food and try to cook it, but please DON'T USE WURSTEL (HOT DOG), THEY'RE TOTALLY NOT ITALIAN AND THEY ARE THE WORST FOOD (FULL OF CHIMICS) YOU CAN FIND... if you want i'm gonna send you the real receipt for ciambotta
