Ingredients:
Sofrito: You can make your own 50% onions, 25% green peppers, 24% cuban peppers and 1% cilantro or you may buy it in the spanish section at the supermarket.
Sazon- You can buy this in the spanish section in the supermarket or you can use paprika or achiote (lipstick) to view a picture of this spice visit www.personalchefpr.com look for it in the herb enciclopedia.
