Paula Deen would be proud!! BUTTER! Good job. I do rinse my dried beef first. It's so salty sometimes. Since you've already done the deed with the butter, why not use real cream or a little half and half.? It makes it really rich then. This is a great Comfort dish in the winter and great for breakfast, at supper! Thanks Cooking PAl!!
