So, uh no..... This is not the traditional way of making ceviche, and to my knowledge ketchup is very rarely used in making this dish (I say rarely because ketchup is used by some natives of equador). I choose to comment on this because I was really DISTURBED that the hostess chose to use a metallic bowl to mix ACID based liquids and FISH. Not genius whatsoever....

how dare she call this ceviche, ketchup what the hell is she on crack?!?!! if you dont know how to cook you should not have a show, but then again rachel ray does
