Methi (Fenugreek Leaf) Dal is a very popular dish in my home and I make it often. I usually reserve it for those harried days when time is a great constraint. I have used frozen methi leaves and frozen green chillies. I always serve it hot with Papads (Fried Wafer, Substitute potato chips) and a hot mango pickle. I always make this dish with Quick Tomato Pappu Rasam. We end up with two great dishes that got done simultaneously in under 30 minutes.
