You know, I write all the time but when it comes to writing about me, it is either to long of to short.
I like the idea of the 10 things to know about me so I will start out that way and see where we end up.
I work from home and also am a sub teacher because working with children will keep you young.
My passion is health and mostly Alternative ways of living.

I am a Lernaholic from way back. I do book rescues all the time. I love to read and think that the computer is the best thing to happen to us in a long time.
I am blessed with a husband that loves what he is doing and loves to come home and help cook. He is one of the worlds little known great chiefs. I some times protest his taking over the kitchen, but most times not...his food is soooooo good.
He is from the Nederlands and has had to cook all of his life and keeps on.
I have learned a ton of things from him...oh yes, I taught him a thing or two-as well.

One thing about me is that the cup for me is always 1/2 full. I think that the positive ways is the way to be successful in anything you do in life be it business, home and raising a family or both. Each and every time you touch a person be it thru this great wonderful WWW or in a cab or elevator, you have the chance to influence the out come of that persons day. In all I do, I have the positive out look. I just really feel that the future is just the past catching up with us. Today is a preview of tomorrow's reality. In the future we will say one of two things, I wish I had or I'm glad I did. We make that choice today right now daily. So, given the chance, I am always going for the 1/2 full.
One other things about me. I was told in 2000 that I was a diabetic and that I would take pills all my life...I beat that idea and now take only a healthy drink and eat what ever I want.

I am passionate about a healthy place to be. I sparked my town last year into a thing called "The Elkton Melt Down" It was a great success. We now have a health club open and a group online that gets people health information at their finger tips. So, I am very active in the area of Alternative Health. I would gladly tell you about the cures in the kitchen and have you over for a cooking party more then watch a football game.
I am a above average rider and will soon get my Friesian.

I am happy to be around in this time where things are so changeable and so very important for the survival of our planet...oh yes, I think I am Green :)

Well enough about me.
Keep looking cause I am always growing.

We recently embedded on my food tube page CHARLOTTENBURG CUISINE EPISODE 13:

This dinner is a little bit more elaborate, but worth the effort. Todays appetizer is a sunchoke soup with wild-boar smoked ham. As a main dish we serve slow cooked beefshoulder with potato-truffle mash and we finish the meal with a mangoparfait on rasberry mousse. Our wine recommendation for this menu is the 2005 „Cuvée Cecile“ from the vineyard Grand Bourjassot.
