I do not know, how you work. But the best is to export the edited video with the best quality. I have a AVID System so I do it as a AVI. Do download Dr. Divx (you will find a free version via google search.) and convert the file to divx. Then you have to find a host for divx files. From there you can embed the Divx-quality whereever you want.

Hello Sulay,

I love Italian food and I also like your webpage very much. I saw some of your videos. My advice for you for great pictures with food:

- use daylight or use foil to switch tungsten light into daylight
- go more in to more close-ups
- use divx instead of flash codec, it is much better
